A long runway the business didn’t have
Leadership had approved a new CLM but needed it working before the next contracting cycle, a window most implementations would blow past. Legal and procurement had different workflows, and neither could afford a rollout that stalled halfway.

Decide fast, configure once
We ran a tight selection, locked the configuration against the workflows both teams actually use, and sequenced the rollout so the first group was live while the second was still in training. Clear decisions up front kept the build from sprawling.
Result
Live in a quarter, adopted from week one
Both teams were working in the new platform within the quarter, with templates, approvals, and reporting in place. Because the configuration matched real workflows, adoption held instead of drifting back to email and spreadsheets.
