Who we are
Koho Consulting is a contract lifecycle management (CLM) consultancy that has guided organizations to better contract management since 2018. This policy covers our website at kohoconsulting.com and the ways you can reach us through it. For any privacy question, contact us at info@kohoconsulting.com.
Information we collect
We keep data collection to what we need to answer you and run the site. Specifically:
- When you book a call. Our scheduling page uses Microsoft 365 Bookings. The name, email, and meeting details you enter are handled by Microsoft so we can confirm and hold the meeting.
- When you send us a note. If you submit the contact form, we receive the details you provide — your name, email, company (optional), and message — so we can reply.
- When you chat with our assistant. Messages you send to our on-site assistant (“Ko”) are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. We do not use these conversations to build a profile of you.
- Automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs. We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic.
How we use information
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule or hold calls.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We currently use Vercel’s cookieless analytics and performance monitoring, which measure aggregate usage without tracking you across other sites, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics that rely on cookies (such as Google Analytics), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed for those purposes:
- Vercel — website hosting, cookieless analytics, and performance monitoring.
- Anthropic — processes messages sent to our on-site assistant to generate replies.
- Microsoft — Microsoft 365 Bookings, the scheduling page for intro calls.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically up to 24 months — then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of further contact at any time. To make a request, email info@kohoconsulting.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Where your information is processed
Koho Consulting and its providers operate in North America, and your information may be processed in the United States and Canada. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page.
