Challenge
An island the rest of the stack couldn’t reach
The new CLM held the contracts, but the data people needed lived in other systems, and staff were rekeying the same information between them. Every manual handoff was a chance for the numbers to disagree.
Approach
Connect it where it counts
We used native connectors where they existed and built middleware where they didn’t, mapping the fields that had to stay in sync across CRM, ERP, and e-signature. Each integration was tested against real records before it went live.
Result
One record, everywhere it’s needed
Contract data now flows between systems without anyone retyping it, and the same numbers show up wherever staff look. The CLM became part of how the organization works, not a separate place to visit.
