Agiloft integrations

Agiloft, connected to the systems you already run.

Salesforce, DocuSign, single sign-on and your ERP. Native connectors where they exist, middleware only where they do not, and the field mapping agreed before anything is switched on.

What we connect

The systems your contracts already touch.

Ordered by how often buyers raise them with us.

  • Salesforce

The most common request by a wide margin. Contracts raised against the account and opportunity your sales team already works in, so nobody retypes what the CRM knows.

  • DocuSign and Adobe Sign

Signature routed from the contract record and the executed copy filed back against it automatically, rather than living in somebody's inbox.

  • Single sign-on

Access through the identity provider you already run, so joiners and leavers are handled once, by IT, and not separately inside the contract system.

  • ERP and procurement

Supplier and purchasing records kept aligned with the agreements behind them, so the contract and the spend it authorises do not drift apart.

  • Document stores

SharePoint and shared drives, which is where most legacy agreements actually live today, connected or migrated depending on what you want to keep.

  • Field mapping

The unglamorous part that decides whether any of the above works. Which field means what, on both sides, agreed before anything is switched on.

QUESTIONS

Answers to the common ones.

Yes, and it is the integration Koho is asked for most often. Contracts are raised and tracked against the Salesforce account and opportunity your sales team already works in, so the CRM stays the system of record for the relationship while Agiloft stays the system of record for the agreement.

Yes. Koho routes signature from the Agiloft contract record and files the executed copy back against it, so the signed version is attached to the agreement rather than sitting in an inbox. Adobe Sign is handled the same way where that is the tool you already run.

Koho connects Agiloft to the identity provider you already use, so access is granted and removed by IT in one place. That matters more than it sounds: contract systems hold commercially sensitive documents, and separate account lists are how former employees keep access.

It depends on the system and how much has to move. Koho uses native connectors where they exist and middleware only where they do not, because middleware is another thing to own and pay for. You should expect a straight answer on which one your situation needs before any work is scoped.

Field mapping, almost every time. Two systems rarely mean the same thing by the same word, and the mismatch only surfaces after data has been moving for weeks. Koho agrees what each field means on both sides before anything is switched on, and verifies the result rather than declaring it done.
